My favourite villain, the guy I love to hate, and hate to love, is the Joker! He is sooooo attractive!
The first time I saw the Joker was in a comic strip; I loved his terrifying, permanent, smile, made from a scar... We never find out how he truely got it. In “Batman, the Dark Knight”, the Joker, played by Heath Ledger, always says: “Do you wanna know how I got it ?” and he says something different each time : one time it’s his father who did it, another time it’s for his wife that he cut himself up...
In “Batman, the Beginning” the Joker is played by Jack Nicholson, but my favourite actor in the part is Heath Ledger (you can see him in the photo). I love his way of playing. I like his little: “Ho… Why so serious…? Let’s put a smile on that face!” He looks so frightening and so Machiavellian. He always has a backup plan. I love hating him! I even prefer him to Batman. Of course, Batman is stronger, and he saves everybody, he’s the hero, but he is much less charismatic than the Joker...

I totally agree! He's just so creepy that he makes you skin crawl with his weird smile yet his charisma can't make you hate him! Heath ledger was such an amazing actor and will be truly missed, when my friend told me he had died in the making of the film I nearly cried :P
